Growing Scholars is committed to maintaining the confidentiality and privacy of all students and mentorship participants.

Personal information, application materials, including statements of purpose, CVs, research documents, writing samples, and other materials shared through consultations or mentorship are treated as confidential and are used solely for the purpose of providing individualized mentorship and academic guidance.Information shared during meetings, email communication, and mentorship discussions will not be disclosed to third parties without explicit permission, except when required by law or professional obligations.

Growing Scholars values the trust involved in the mentorship process and is committed to creating a respectful and supportive environment for thoughtful academic and personal development.

Professional & Ethical Boundaries

Growing Scholars is committed to maintaining thoughtful and appropriate professional boundaries in all mentorship relationships. To avoid potential conflicts of interest, paid mentorship services are generally offered only to students outside of the founder’s home institution and outside of any current supervisory or evaluative roles. Growing Scholars does not provide admissions guarantees, institutional influence, or preferential access to academic programs. The purpose of mentorship is to support students’ intellectual growth, academic development, and doctoral preparation through individualized guidance and faculty-informed mentorship.
